Working-Class Mr. Ahn’s Unscheduled Visits to Dr. Yeon’s Clinic (3-1)

๐Ÿ“ Working-Class Mr. Ahnโ€™s Unscheduled Visits to Dr. Yeonโ€™s Clinic continuesโ€ฆ

“Ahโ€ฆ you’re here again. What is it this time?,” asked Dr Yeon tiredly.ย

J: Re-read this chapter on my commute, and seriously, I am completely trapped in this chapter…

“I haf toof achy,” he mumbled, child-like.

J: That ‘f’ pronunciation is killing me… so cute

I might actually faint.

Maybe it’s all those photos I’ve seen of Hyunwook with puffed cheeks, but this is playing in my head like some 3D movie ๐Ÿ˜‚

Performed to perfection by a grown man with sinewed forearms, the aegyo got to Dr Yeon who summoned all his resources to suppress a smile.

J: This line is literally shattering my Tuesday.

He tried frowning, but Mr Ahn could see the edges of his lips twitching upwards.

J: Seriously, I’m becoming convinced that only me and the hot-climate sisters reading this is a complete waste of your talent.

“You just had a toothache last week. How many toothaches will you have?”

“As many as the teeth I have,” replied Mr Ahn, flashing his toothiest grin.

“Aish, your teeth are freakin’ perfect!” thought Dr Yeon as he rolled his eyes.

“Excuse me, I’m not a dentist, ok?”

The previous week Dr Yeon, who could be curiously pure hearted and unsuspecting at times, relented and went to inspect Mr Ahn’s open mouth, dentist or not.

J: From here, every single word suddenly springs up from the floor like 3Dย animation, holding hands and spinning endlessly around me lolย

Inspect… open mouth… dentist…

Each word radiating sexy vibes while doing pirouettes in my brain ๐Ÿ˜‚

He needed to make sure that there was no grave trouble growing that could take Mr Ahn away from him.

J: Good lord…ย

this is where those sexy-vibe word clusters exploded like dynamite lol

I’m not pure enough for this.

Remember when I spilled to you about Dr Yeon’s low-key control fetish with Mr Ahn?

This feels like a five-star chef placing a custom-cooked ร  la carte dish on the table

But when Dr Yeon got near enough to feel the warmth of his patient’s breath, without any warning Mr Ahn latched on to his neck and dragged him down for a very wet oral inspection of his own.

J: A subscriber once called Suho Si-eun’s ‘masterpiece’ย

When S2 dropped, readers from different cultures kept analysing their bond.

(It’s quieted down now that S2’s hype died, but back then my tiny YouTube channel’s comments section had genuinely miraculous deep discussions…

I just hope those commenters don’t get embarrassed and delete everything later because time makes you go ‘was I really that serious?’ and frantically delete stuff.)

Everyone had different terms based on their values, perspectives, and cultural expressions, but the common thread was Si-eun being absolutely precious about Suho.

I was pretty hyped about WHC back then, too, and what struck me was how this was Si-eun’s first real emotion in 17 years of life, and the person who gave him that feeling – the boy was like a kid playing dangerously by the water’s edge, not knowing what to do with these feelings.ย

So the most shocking scene for me in S1 (in a good way) was when the boy deceives Suho completely (like in your fiction too) and goes to take the beating instead.

๐Ÿ”— I posted about this being almost like Si-eun’s self-harm.ย

What I agreed with: Si-eun’s perfectionism shifted from those test paper circles to Su-ho. Same desperate intensity, different target.

His willingness to take beatings for Su-ho isn’t nobleโ€”it’s desperate.

This kid has never had stability.

He knows that losing Su-ho would destroy him psychologically, and he’d rather take physical pain than risk that breakdown.

Back then, he was too young and didn’t know how to process emotions, so this was the best he could think of.ย

But in your fiction, that boy has grown up and now has the power and ability to preemptively eliminate any problems for the person he treasures…

All of this hits my low-key fetish perfectly.

I’m completely captivated

An ordinary day can turn into a living nightmare with just a phone call

Asuka Longinus | 16 September 2025ย

๐Ÿฒ Wow, did you drink the whole pot in one sitting?

Hahaha thanks for reading. I hope it was enjoyable!

๐Ÿฒ Archive of Our Own has some very serious Weak Hero fans boiling soup on an industrial scale.

I saw one entry that had 144โ€™000 words or soโ€”thatโ€™s book-length dedication/delusion right there.

Actually, the pot you drank from was supposed to be quite a bit smaller. Chapter 1 didnโ€™t even exist: it was just a two-paragraph preamble within chapter 2 (which was then chapter 1), but then I received some stunningly detailed interior designing of remarkable creativity and authenticity, and the preamble blossomed into an entire chapter.

The story couldnโ€™t have had its current form without you.

Iโ€™m very content parking my niche fantasies at your blog.

๐Ÿฒ Haha, blank stare and blunt Si-eun was a cutie too.

I remember when he followed ๐Ÿ”— along to karaoke with Suho and Yeong-i.

He was just staring into space like the cutest potato; on his right, Beomseok was churning with bitterness.

๐Ÿฒ Trouble (real or imagined) seems to follow Mr Ahn somehow.

I think what Si-eun canโ€™t shake off is the feeling that an ordinary day can turn into a living nightmare with just a phone call.

One afternoon, Suho pops by for an unexpected, thirsty visit.

The next heโ€™s almost dead.

This sort of trauma lasts for years and years, especially for the sort that arenโ€™t used to talking things out.

I imagine Si-eun becomes quite paranoid whenever Suho is involved.

๐Ÿฒ ๐Ÿ”— Elite, experienced and talentedโ€ฆ

๐Ÿฒ He probably learnt alternative uses for defibrillator paddles during that time.

๐Ÿฒ A great question worth mulling over.

๐Ÿฒ I think it triggers the superstitious feeling that disaster is likely to follow happiness.

Si-eun knows that this is irrational, but his logical reasoning can barely keep his emotions shackled.

๐Ÿฒ I remember Si-eun hiding his nightmares from his psychologist in S2 after the horror of S1. In fact, he even tells her, โ€˜theyโ€™re just dreams, โ€™ a sure way to not fix this problem.

And the psychologist doesnโ€™t push back. Itโ€™s no wonder he tells (deluluverse) Suho โ€˜dreams canโ€™t do a thingโ€™.

๐Ÿšฌ Ah, thatโ€™s hot for sure. But Mr Ahn will notice the change in the quality of the vanilla.

๐Ÿ sounds like a plan! I will give it serious thought.

๐Ÿฒ What a poignant way to phrase it.

๐Ÿฒ yeah, these twoโ€ฆ Suho definitely does a fair bit of hiding, too.

After he saw Si-eunโ€™s broken arm, I canโ€™t imagine what inner strength he deployed to keep his rage in check as he walked along the corridor to the lift.

It is while waiting for the lift that we see he is radiating danger.

Sighโ€ฆ the day these two puppies snap at the same time, Jeon Clinic will go up in flamesโ€ฆ

๐Ÿฒ Hahahahaha that loud pair. Theyโ€™d make their presence known in some way, to Si-eun and Suhoโ€™s level 10 embarrassment. Iโ€™d pay to see this scene.

๐Ÿฒ โ€œshitโ€ฆI canโ€™t find Patient Aโ€™s file.โ€

โ€œWhat?! He just snapped at nurse Han, you know?โ€

โ€œIt was here. Itโ€™s always here, like what the hell? Iโ€™m so fired.โ€

(Itโ€™s in Dr Yeonโ€™s bathroom.)

๐Ÿฒ hahahaha the best medicine of that pharmacy is not available anymore sighโ€ฆ I can imagine it was good for the eyes and blood circulation.

(Not recommended for people with high blood pressure.)

Junho from DP has a lead role as a pharmacist in One Spring Night, a very subtle but warm romance.

Heโ€™s in his thirties but doesnโ€™t look a day over 25.

I wonder what preservatives these pharmacists are eating.

๐Ÿฒ I highly suspect thatโ€™s one of the key reasons BL is so popular among ladies (at least in Japan). That, and the economic reason, โ€œtwo for the price of one.โ€

I think some nurses watch this long running show codenamed โ€˜์•ˆ์—ฐํ•˜์„ธ์š”โ€™ (haha does that work?) as their compensation for how Dr Yeon stresses them out when Mr Ahn is absent.

๐Ÿฟ They do get the snacks out ๐Ÿคญ

๐Ÿฟ Yes indeed. Deluded minds think alike.

The Night He Closed Up The Clinic Himself

Chapter 5.5

File arrangement was not as easy as Dr Yeon thought.

It turned out the senior nurses had instituted their own administrative system, which was probably more effective, but which he needed time to figure out.

And it didnโ€™t help that there was one sexy fly buzzing about, playing with his ears and groping around.

Will you stop that?

, snapped Dr Yeon, but it was weak and tinged with concealed delight.

Or what?

, challenged Mr Ahn. Miraculously, he had managed to undo all of his buttons during his harassing, revealing a rippling washboard of muscles from his neck down.

Come to hyung, hurry.

Dr Yeon caught sight of the light trail of delicate fur that led to a place of treasure and pleasure.

He tried to harden his resolve against temptation, but that went south all too quickly.

Youโ€™re on CCTV.

Dr Yeon deadpanned, pointing to a corner of the ceiling behind Mr Ahn.

Embarrassed, Mr Ahn spun round to check how much of himself he had made known to the world.

At this moment, Dr Yeon pounced. He rammed himself headfirst into Mr Ahnโ€™s waist and pinned him onto the sofa.

Genuinely surprised, Mr Ahn laughed.

Sneaky bastard!

He did the same thing with his crooked sound panels!

I said come to me, not come on mโ€”

Dr Yeon had placed his hand on Mr Ahn’s lips.

No. Tonight I am coming in.

The next night, Dr Yeon woke up in Mr Ahnโ€™s plush bed with a start.

โ€œShitโ€ฆโ€

He muttered softly in cold sweat, his eyes wide with fear.

โ€œShit shit shitโ€ฆโ€

The curses rang clearly through the air, scented with lavender to help Dr Yeon find rest.

Mr Ahn had bought the oil on a day he did not visit the clinic.

Mr Ahn half-opened his eyes with a frown.

Dr Yeon only used crass language when he was under great duress.

It must have been a cracker of a nightmare.

What is it? Go back to sleep, hyung is here.

he said softly, trying to hug Dr Yeon.

No, no, no, we got to go to the clinic now! We were on CCTV!

โ€ฆ โ€ฆ โ€ฆ โ€ฆ whโ€ฆ whaโ€ฆ WHAT?! You werenโ€™t kidding?!

The next moment, they were out of bed and on the street, two men in baggy sweats and hoodies.

Dr Yeon was frantic, but behind him, Mr Ahn was quietly smiling, always happy to tag along.

After they took out the footage and disabled the camera, Mr Ahn had every intention of releasing the tension of this early morning.
